But other forms of intervention, namely those that bring together training and consultancy, such as action training, are part of the areas of intervention in organizations in the process of dynamization, seeking to optimize activity and new markets.


And in active training and consultancy methodologies, change projects and organizational development.

​Compulsory annual training in companies.

​Mandatory Training

Annual training to be given in organizations, which can be a way of boosting and stimulating employees' skills, can, and should, cover areas such as strategy and marketing, or the area of digital and communication.

What is mandatory?

The company is obliged to guarantee continuous training for its workers and they are obliged to attend it.

All companies must provide 40 hours of ongoing training per year to at least 10% of their employees. The company's training plan must be accessible to workers or their representatives.

As mentioned in Portugal 2030:

"Business training aims to promote training interventions that, acting on the demand side, allow responding to the challenges of transforming the business fabric, both in terms of public policies for innovation, qualification and internationalization of companies, and in the area of twin transitions (digital and climate), where qualification needs are central, in order to allow effective adaptation to the changes necessary to promote the competitiveness of companies, adjusting the development of skills to the needs revealed by the labor market."

​Example of Pedagogical Intervention Plans

Pedagogical Intervention Plans (PIP) are the tool for developing a training action. They are developed according to the objectives to be achieved and the training needs of each organization.

They shape the organization and theme to be addressed.

Within our areas of training offer, we present as an example, two training plans that can provide a solution to your needs - one focused on the fundamentals of marketing for beginners, and a plan focused on consultancy and strategic thinking, with application in the participants' organizations.
