A vida depois da pandemia!

E com a chegada em força da pandemia...

Todos os mercados arrefecem.

Isto para fazer uma afirmação simpática.

Com a imposição das limitações às actividades, naturalmente que uma das actividades que se ressente é a imobiliária, onde as visitas e a necessária proximidade social são uma situação necessária.

Mas toda a actividade económica em geral está a sofrer uma paragem forçada, com inúmeras actividades pelo globo fora a fecharem portas, nomeadamente pelos condicionamentos impostos ao recolher.

Mas houve mercados onde algum arrefecimento já era sentido, mesmo antes dos sinais da pandemia terem chegado ao teritório.

Um destes foi o mercado dos Estados Unidos que, como podemos ler neste artigo da CCN já apresentava sinais relevantes de arrefecimento com o abrandamento da actividade entre construtores e compradores.

Mas também já se fazem projecções relativamente ao estado das coisas após uma época que ficará na história como a primeira pandemia do milénio.

A primeira pandemia de um mundo globalizado, onde o vírus viajou à boleia de muitos viajantes, e a nossa compreensão da dimensão e dependência dos aviões foi marcante.

Mas as análises dos economistas ainda são muito divergentes, numa fase em que nomeadamente a duração da pandemia ainda é uma especulação. Neste artigo publicado no LinkedIn reporta-se que alguns dos maiores bancos (quem mais), indiciam que a actividade já abrandou e que poderemos estar já em recessão.

Mas que alguns analistas do Deutsche Bank perspectivam que, apesar da recessão global esperada (tecnicamente é assim), no último semestre deverá haver uma inversão a pique da curva de crescimento, contrariando a quebra do início do ano provocada pela pandemia.
